The article offers information on the 2014 Annual Convention of the International Association for Gondwana Research (IAGR) and the 11th International conference on "Gondwana to Asia" that were held at the China University of Geosciences Beijing, China, from September 20-23, 2014. Papers presented by geoscientists at the conference and the convention were on various topics including phanerozoic geodynamics, Jiaodong gold deposits in China, and paleoproterozoic orogenic processes.
